How it works. It's a bit violent.

That's the whole starting line. No drama yet.

Hard. Flat. On purpose. It's in the name, we're not being subtle.

That brown, crunchy crust is the whole point. Thick grey steamed patties need not apply.

The vibe

Pink Street hasplenty of bars.Ours has Gokuon the menu.

Burgers through the left door, bar through the right. Same address, same pink wall, zero need to choose.

Grab a red chair outside and watch Cais do Sodré do its thing. Our posters swear at you a little. It's affectionate.
